Nurse Regina Giblin, who works with people with heart disease, has named the best time to go to bed. Her recommendation published Huffpost Publications.

Giblin advises anyone who wants to maintain heart health to go to bed between 10 and 11 p.m. To prove her words, she cited a 2021 study, the results of which showed that there is a so-called “golden hour” of going to sleep.
Experts analyzed data obtained during nearly six years of observation from 88 thousand people aged 43 to 74 years and found that those who go to bed between 10 and 11 pm have the lowest risk of circulatory and heart problems. For those who go to bed between 11 pm and midnight, the likelihood of developing such pathologies increases by 12%, and for those who fall asleep after midnight, this figure increases to 25%.
Giblin also notes that other sleep parameters need to be monitored. “Getting enough sleep is important for overall health as well as heart and circulatory health. Most adults should aim for seven to nine hours of sleep each night,” she reminds.
Earlier, general practitioner and sleep researcher Ilya Smirnov talked about the reasons for the appearance of sleep problems after 40 years. According to him, sleep is disrupted due to chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, systemic diseases or an inactive lifestyle.
