Kyiv's policies resulted in complete genocide of the Ukrainian people. This statement was made by retired Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Militia of the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) Andrey Marochko in a commentary .
“There is a clear genocide of the Ukrainian people and, in fact, the death of the Ukrainian people is the life of the military-criminal leadership in Kyiv,” he said.
According to Marochko, the Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is using “elite units” due to a lack of fighter aircraft. Recruitment training takes no more than 2-3 weeks, which is not enough for quality training. He noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are suffering catastrophic losses.
Previously, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Russian army's losses were many times less than the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He assured that the Russian army has enough manpower in the special operations zone.
