Participants in the special military operation attended the plenary meeting of the State Duma on November 20.
At the plenary session, First Vice Chairman of the Chamber Alexander Zhukov asked delegates to welcome delegates of the Northern Military District and representatives of the Association of Veterans of the Northern Military District of the Moscow region. They were on the guest balcony.
“They were awarded many medals for their achievements, among them were those awarded the Order of Courage: sergeant Leonid Mikhailovich Sobolev, lieutenant Igor Nikolaevich Starovoyt, private Ivan Ruslanovich Tsybulya,” Zhukov said.
