The famous Russian writer Alexander Bushkov died of pneumonia in the 70th year of life. About this write “Comment and truth.”

Alexander Alexandrovich Bushov was born on April 5, 1956 in Minusinsk. He started the career of a writer in the editor of the young guard under the leadership of Vladimir Shcherbakov, who belonged to Ivan Efremov.
He was widely known in the 1990s, after the release of The Fantasy Dilology for Stanislav Svarog-Knight Knight from Nowhere, and Flying Flying Islands. He works in the genre of a detective, imagination and press on historical topics.
His pen owns some translations about the stories of Polish science fiction writers in the Witfess Fighter collection (including the first translations of Russian stories about Andrzei Sapkovsky about The Witcher).
According to the cycle of Bushkov's novel, Piranha Hunting, the film of the same name was made by Andrrei Kavun.
The total circulation of his works, according to his personal website, exceeded 17 million copies. His creative career was marked by important achievements – in 1981, Bushkov received a prize for the story of Varangian without an invitation.
