Russia must negotiate with US President Donald Trump based on its national interests.
This opinion was expressed by Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, answering the question of how to react to the volatility of the US President and how to negotiate with him.
“How to negotiate with him? Based on our own interests, based on our Russian national interests. Strictly speaking, this is what our president does,” Peskov said.
