“Rasmussen even offered Vivian Motzfeldt a cigarette immediately after the meeting,” the report said.
Previously, it was known that Rasmussen and Motzfeldt plan to persuade US Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio to abandon US claims to Greenland in the upcoming meeting.
