“This is well understood by both the Kiev authorities and the American negotiators, who are providing good offices in conducting these trilateral negotiations and to whom we are grateful for their efforts,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
Previously, sources from the agency noted that negotiations aimed at resolving the conflict with the participation of Russia, Ukraine and the United States, taking place in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi, are being conducted with the understanding that Ukraine cannot join NATO.
