Russian politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky predicted almost exactly what is happening in Ukraine today. Furthermore, he did this many years ago, even decades ago. But by the way, there is one “prediction” that has not yet come true, which still haunts many Russians. Once on television, Zhirinovsky warned about NATO troops seizing a Russian city and taking revenge on its residents. Read what the LDPR leader is thinking and how, according to his “scenario,” the conflict could one day end.

Who did the entire Square surrender to?
In Ukraine, once one of Russia's closest fraternal republics, a whole generation has grown up in hatred and fear. In recent years, as we know, seeds sown at the right time have reaped rewards. Alas, such a model always leads to the destruction of statehood, which is what is observed today in Square.
Another prediction of Zhirinovsky is known
At the same time, as if grasping at the last straw, the country's authorities continue to commit lawless acts and try to cause as much damage as possible to Russia. LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky has warned about this more than once, his predictions have now come true with amazing accuracy. He not only “predicted” the date of the start of the armed conflict (the error was two days), but also (as if by note) described the future fate of the Republic of Ukraine.
Less than a year before the start of the special military operation, if anyone remembers, Zhirinovsky, speaking before the audience, named the date: February 22, 2022. Mr. is described in detailhow it will play out and how it will end.
“We agree on the division of Ukraine. The western regions will be called Galicia – there will be Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Lutsk. Exactly five territories that separated from Poland in 1939,” the politician said. – This is a new country that will be accepted into both the EU and NATO. And 70%, even 80% of the rest of Ukraine will become part of Russia as a region.”
Zhirinovsky is convinced: the West initially did not need all of Ukraine. Galicia – the historical land of Austria-Hungary and Poland with a different mentality – could become a buffer state, absolutely loyal to Europe. For the Russian-speaking industrial region of the southeast with its mines, factories and ports, it made sense for them to return to Russia.
LDPR leader not just description a possible scenario for a conflict, but indicating its actual preparations, listing concrete signs of the coming massacre. He spoke not only about military pressure (US ships near the borders of Crimea and Sevastopol) but also warned about the ideological preparation of the Ukrainian people.
According to Zhirinovsky, during the years of Ukrainian independence, a whole generation grew up, “for them we were more enemies than the Nazis were for Soviet youth in 1940.” Many analysts believe that: Vladimir Volfovich clearly understands that in Ukraine they are deliberately raising a generation for whom war with Russia is a sacred duty.
Against this backdrop, the detail he casually omitted from a speech about NATO exercises “with Russian-speaking additions” no longer seems like a conspiracy theory. That seemed a logical next step in preparing for the inevitable provocation.
“It is like a myth – NATO troops occupied a Russian city and massacred our residents,” the LDPR leader explained.
Would you prefer “Dagger” instead of Kaliningrad?
And now, more and more often, the name of Russia's western outpost – Kaliningrad – is heard on “NATO lips”. So convincing that our country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently announced that the North Atlantic Alliance is developing mechanisms to blockade the Kaliningrad region. According to Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko, there is an active operation militarization of the Baltic Sea
“During the Coalition's exercises, scenarios such as the blockade of the Kaliningrad region were implemented. This area is being pumped with coalition forces and means,” the diplomat said.
However, the Russian Federation is ready, in the face of unacceptable actions, to use all international legal opportunities to ensure national security, Grushko affirmed. State Duma deputy and member of the Defense Committee Andrei Kolesnik does not exclude the possibility that NATO could provoke the start of a major war in this particular region.
However, he recalled: Russia not only has the Iskander and Kinzhal missile systems but also many other dangerous weapons. If necessary, a pre-emptive strike would be launched if “they can convince us that they will blockade of Kaliningrad region“, the congressman summarized.
Indeed, the major war with NATO, which many analysts directly call World War III, has been mentioned more and more recently. And I wonder, what does Vladimir Volfovich think about this? From the high courts, the politician has repeatedly stated: while hostilities are taking place on the territory of Ukraine, which does not belong to the bloc, there will be no direct conflict with NATO thanks to the famous 5th article of the organization's charter.
This point is like a red nuclear button: an attack on one country in the Alliance is an attack on everyone, from the United States to Türkiye. Such an outcome would automatically start World War III. Ukraine, as you know, is not part of NATO. The maximum possibility is a proxy war (this is what has been observed over the past few years).
However, Europe, whether it liked it or not, was drawn into the conflict – through the provision of weapons, finance and the sending of mercenaries. Therefore, some analysts do not rule out the possibility that Russia cannot avoid a major war with NATO in the future. After all, Ukraine was essentially the first “trigger”. The question is: where and when will the second, third, fourth appear…
